we only stayed overnight to see a show at the O2 but the hotel was easily accessible - my husband has mobilty problems. The hotel was clean and comfortable and we would have stayed longer with no problem. if we come to the O2 again this will certainly be our hotel of choice.
No comment here everything was great. We did not read any guest reviews before our stay.
One of the beds were not made when we entered the room (It was not untidy though). The basin was choking up.
it seems there is no room service in this hotel. I asked for extra blanket but the hotel stuff said there is no extra blanket.
Well located for London triathlon or other events at Excel. The adjacent Italian restaurant is excellent
Unfortunately therestaurant had been closed.
Poor location - noisy road and building development location. Very noisy at night. Very intrusive road noise into room - couldn't sleep as a result.
Cheap clean by car easy accessible closeby good tube connection to downtown London.
no minibar safe only available at the reception and not in the room breakfast not always complete (at certain times some products were missing for quite some time)
The bathroom...one of the worst designs I've ever come across.. It's like it's been crammed into a smaller space than it should have been... One towel rail that you could fit half a towl on...not good enough
Convenient for the 02
Very overpriced. Wouldn't stay again. Traveloge standards Hilton prices.Don't arrive for breakfast at 9.50 as its already been cleared!
prices vary considerably depending on when you book
Near a dlr trainstation
Not near the centre
easy to get to and frome
The location was fantastic for the O2 arena. Room was nice and clean - good price
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you
Ths Holiday Inn was perfect for our family vist to the boat show. The views from the windows are great, over looking some London landmarks, and no traffic noises.
My two sons sharing a sofa bed (one teenage). I thourght they would have twin beds.
The room was very spacious, warm and clean. The view was on the O2 and Canary Wharf - great at night. The cleaning staff did their job very good. Bathroom was really nice with a huge mirror. Mirror in the room was big as well. Good and early breakfast.
The hotel is really far from the Central London but close to the tube. Paid wi-fi.
